Privacy Policy
App Data
Beat Watcher reads heart rate data from Apple Health on your device. All health data remains on your device and is never collected, transmitted to, or stored on any external server. The developer cannot access your health data.
Website Analytics
The Beat Watcher website (beatwatcher.app) uses Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage statistics such as page views, referral sources, and general geographic region. This data is used to understand how visitors find and use the website. Google Analytics may use cookies. No health or personal data from the app is connected to website analytics.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties. App data stays entirely on your device. Website analytics data is processed by Google in accordance with their privacy policy.
Terms of Service
Subscriptions
Beat Watcher may offer an auto-renewing annual subscription. Subscription details, including pricing, are displayed in the app and on the App Store at the time of purchase. Pricing may vary by region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
Legacy Users
Users who purchased Beat Watcher before the transition to a subscription model retain full access to all features without a subscription.
Medical Disclaimer
Beat Watcher is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Heart rate data is provided by Apple Watch sensors and may not be accurate in all situations. Do not rely on Beat Watcher for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any health concerns.
Limitation of Liability
Beat Watcher is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ganotis Holdings, Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to health outcomes, missed alerts, or inaccurate readings.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Beat Watcher after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
